Arrived
early in the morning before anything was open, felt like total
nastiness needed to shower bad. Walked to the hostel from the train
station it was quite a haul but it was nice to just walk the streets of
Paris while no one was around. It's a big city but still seems to have
charm most everywhere you walk. Got a good room in the hostel cause it
was 2-person room but no one else was staying in it. Met some cool
people from Louisiana and hung with them one night, ate Greek food, Saw
a bunch of sites on my own too, Eiffel tower was by far the best thing,
Notre Dame is also quite cool and I suggest taking the climbing tour up
the towers to see the gargoyles and the view of the city. Went with the
girl from Louisiana to The Palace of Versailles, it was really pretty,
the floors were creaky, I liked it a lot, ate at some Australian
pub/eatery it was interesting.
